Kelli has worked for Dr. Rahimi for many years and has been a devoted dental professional for over 20 years. As one of our Treatment Coordinators, Kelli is passionate about helping people achieve their perfect smile. In her spare time, Kelli loves being outdoors, traveling and spending time with her family.

Office Administration
Ashleigh has been in some form of customer service since eligible working age. From retail to health & wellness and now, Orthodontics. She has always enjoyed the challenge of learning something new and orthodontics is no exception. She can be found at our front desk coordinating with patients and making sure they have all the information they need to ensure a smooth experience while at our office. In her free time, she enjoys doing anything creative; painting, photography, decorating etc. Ashleigh loves spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Treatment Coordinator
Anita is Certified Level II Dental Assistant and has worked for Dr. Rahimi for many years . Her passion and commitment to Orthodontics is exhibited here at Palermo as our Treatment Coordinator. Anita's passion is helping all of our patients here at Palermo to gain the self esteem and confidence that comes with a beautiful Straight Smile. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading and spending time at her family cottage with family and friends.
Jessica
Treatment Coordinator
Jessica has been a devoted dental professional since 2004. She is especially good at providing patients a caring and supportive experience and especially enjoys working with children. Passionate about creating beautiful smiles, she can be found both at the front desk where she is in charge of office administration, as well as in the clinic where she started her dental career as an assistant. In her spare time she’s an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her family and their two active pups, a Golden retriever and a boxer.
Julie
Office Manager / Dental Hygienist
Julie graduated in 2009 as a dental hygienist and has been specializing in orthodontics since. She has so much fun with the new technology and techniques of orthodontics that enable us to provide highly effective and efficient treatment plans. Julie loves working closely with patients and helping them achieve their perfect smile!
In her spare time, she loves travelling and exploring new cultures; but most of all hanging out with her husband and two kids.

Office Administrator
Esin has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She has experience in both General Dentistry as well as Orthodontics. She enjoys spending time with her teenage son, family and friends. In her spare time, Esin enjoys using her creativity doing DIY home projects, cooking, travelling and spending time outdoors.
Catrina
Hygienist
Catrina has worked with Dr. Rahimi for 20+ years and is a proud member of our smile building team! A dental professional since 1982 she has a treasure trove of experience that she happily shares with our patients. We're happy to have her aboard! When not in the office, she enjoys culinary arts, reading and traveling with her husband and children.
Pauline
Dental Assistant
Pauline Dental Assistant Pauline is a Certified Dental Assistant Level II, is H.A.R.P Certified, and holds a N.D.A.E.B Certificate. She has 28 years of experience in the dental field, with 7 years of experience in orthodontics, but took 2001-2011 off to stay at home with her two girls. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, reading, spending time with her family, and walking her Maltipoo, Ellie.
Jordan
Dental Assistant
Jordan graduated her MDRAO program (Medical Device Reprocessing) in 2019 and was hired at Palermo Orthodontics, thus starting her dental career. Working at Palermo orthodontics encouraged Jordan to go back to school for Dental Assisting, which she successfully graduated from in 2022. She has learned a lot from working with the team and is very thankful to be part of the Palermo family.

Nadin has been in the dental field for over 10 years. She is a Certified Dental Assistant Level II and H.A.R.P Certified. She loves working with children and sharing the love of having a healthy beautiful smile. Nadin loves being outside and spending time with her family and friends.
Rosa
Dental Assistant
Since 2011 Rosa has been providing patients excellent care as a Certified Dental Assistant Level II. In addition, she holds a H.A.R.P certification and is a certified dental treatment coordinator. After gaining experience in general dental restorative procedures, she now enjoys working with us in the specialty of orthodontics. Outside of work, she is an avid hiker, loves reading and is also part of a Toastmasters Group.

Lisa has 30+ years experience as a Level II, Certified Dental Assistant. She is happy she made the decision to switch from general dentistry to Orthodontics about 15 years ago. When not working with our team creating beautiful smiles, you will find her enjoying the outdoors or travelling with friends and family.

Ashley has been working in orthodontics for more than 10 years now. Her favorite thing about working in this field is the constant growth and evolution of techniques and materials; there is always more to learn and it's never boring! If she could do only one procedure for the rest of her career, it would definitely be taking off her patient's braces and seeing the genuine happiness they experience looking in the mirror for the first time. But if you cry, she will too, so bring extra tissues! When not working, Ashley enjoys fishing with her husband, playing with her two kids and trying new recipes!

Jasmin has been an orthohygienist for over 13 years and joined the Palermo Orthodontics family in 2021. Her career has allowed her to merge two passions - people and teeth!! Braces off (debond) day is a favorite! When not in clinic, Jasmin enjoys documentaries, travelling to explore new places and food, karaoke and mystery novels. She is momager to 2 daughters and 2 fur babies.

Hygienist
Jane Graduated Dental hygiene in 1994, worked in general practice for 2 years before joining an orthodontic practice in 1996 in northern Ontario where she was born and raised. Jane loves Ortho and would never want to do anything else so when she moved to Southern Ontario in 2002, she searched high and low for an orthodontic practice that was hiring. She thanks her lucky stars that she found Dr. Rahimi and joined his fabulous team and hopes to continue for many years to come. Outside of work Jane enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 adult sons, and her golden retriever!
Juliana
Hygienist
Juliana is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 30 years experience. 21 of those being in Orthodontics and 14 yrs of them dedicated with Dr. Rahimi to provide the highest quality of orthodontic care. In spare time you will find her driving her 2 teenage daughters to either Ballet or Artistic Swimming classes many times a week. Loves to travel - her most favorite trip was walking over 310 km through Spain on the Camino de Santiago to celebrate a milestone birthday with her husband and eldest daughter.
